Ulrika is business-driven and strategic people-person with a focus to deliver value, performance and continuously improve in a pragmatic and agile way. She has worked in different leading roles which demand building relationships based on trust and achieving results.

She has worked in global and local scale in fast changing, rapid growing and entrepreneurial environments as well as diverse international teams.

Ulrika joined SIWI in August 2021 and is a member of SIWI’s Senior Management Team. She has a Master of Business Administration from University of Reading, Henley Business School.
