Tove is a master’s graduate of the Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University, where she focused on armed environmental conflicts.

She worked with SIWI in the summers between 2013-2017. She has had internships at GWP, The Water Law and Management Centre at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Folke Bernadotte Academy.

Tove has lived in Tanzania, New Zealand, Spain and Chile. She speaks Swedish, English, and Spanish.
