Lin is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and outreach of the Sustainable Textile Water Initiative (STWI) in China.

She comes with 18 years' professional experience in programme management and multi-stakeholder engagement, including more than 10 years' experience of directly working with producers, brands and retailers in agriculture, textile and mining sector on environmental and social issues, ranging from water/energy efficiency, chemical management, sustainable mining to fair wage, social dialogue etc.
