Image: Shutterstock The overall aim of the AMR Innovation Mission Sweden 2022 is to help the global curbing of Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) by boosting international collaboration and joint innovation.
The Mission aims to connect the Swedish AMR ecosystem to the international AMR ecosystem and vice versa. By participating you will have the opportunity to provide input in the set up of the virtual mission in the spring of 2022 and the physical mission to Sweden in the autumn of 2022. Start building relations and extend your networks. Registration for the online kick off meeting is mandatory. Participation is free of charge. This event is organized by AMR Insights.
SIWI at Mission Sweden 2022
SIWI will present Responsible Antibiotics Manufacturing Platform (RAMP) to its the Swedish and international AMR expert community. RAMP aims to reduce antibiotic discharge from manufacturing through improved industry practice, supported by corresponding incentives. To achieve this, RAMP brings together different stakeholders from both policy and the market side (e.g. public procurers) as well as manufacturers to share experience, improve mutual understanding, and develop mutually-agreed criteria.

About AMR Innovation Missions
The AMR Innovation Missions are an initiative of AMR Insights and are part of a rotating program. Each year, a country is selected on which the mission will focus the following year. The design and implementation of the program are coordinated with key stakeholders of the selected country. The country selected for 2023 will be announced in September 2022.
