The Executive Director’s Office also consists of the Executive Assistant and the Human Resources specialists.
The Executive Director, Torgny Holmgren, leads SIWI and reports to the Board. He is also an important voice in the water debate and represents SIWI in different institutions and meetings. He is supported by the Executive Assistant, Marie Larsson.
The Human Resources team is part of the Executive Director’s Office and plays a key role in supporting and developing staff in SIWI’s three offices. Since SIWI is an unusually diverse and international organization, the Human Resources team needs to be experts in overseas recruitments and cross-cultural communication.
